We built the company around a simple idea: the people making decisions about a property should have better information about it.

Our team combines experience in insurance claims and adjusting with expertise in aviation, robotics, LiDAR, imaging, mapping, software, and data systems.

That combination allows us to understand both sides of the problem—the information an adjuster actually needs and the technology capable of capturing it.

We don't deploy technology because it's impressive. We deploy it because it makes the work better.

    Founder / CEO

    Tim leads Lite Flite's insurance operations, customer relationships, and claims-focused services, bringing firsthand understanding of the information adjusters and carriers need in the field. His focus is on clear, consistent documentation that helps teams evaluate property conditions, understand the extent of a loss, and make informed decisions.

    He works closely with clients to translate real-world claims requirements into practical property documentation and assessment workflows—from individual losses to large-scale catastrophe response. By connecting those requirements with the company's aerial imaging, LiDAR, and mapping capabilities, he helps keep each project centered on useful evidence and the needs of the people reviewing it.

    CTO

    Our CTO leads the technology and data systems that support Lite Flite's insurance and property operations, with experience spanning robotics, LiDAR, artificial intelligence, aviation systems, hardware, and software.

    He shapes the company's technical vision, drawing on insights across disciplines to rethink how property information is captured, interpreted, and understood—and how emerging technologies can improve the decisions adjusters and carriers make.
